Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English; follow verbal and written instructions.
• Associates degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care as per individualized care plan and assist with activities; transport to activities as needed and provide leisure activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe resident environment and ensure safety in daily routines.
• Support families and communicate with team; document and report resident status and requests.
