Job summary

Spring View Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our clinical team for full-time weekday days (7a–7p). This role focuses on resident care, housekeeping of daily activities, and supporting nursing staff.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting is highly preferred.
• Must possess and maintain an active certification as a CNA.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record patient vital signs; assist with lifting, moving, and transporting residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management, asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.
• Communicate and interact effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
