Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meals).
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain resident comfort, cleanliness, and safety.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care as directed.
• Accurately document resident care and observations.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to support quality resident care.
• Promote resident dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
