Job summary

Good Samaritan Society - Mandan Sunset is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant (CNA) for weekend day shifts in Mandan, ND. You will provide resident-centered care, assist with activities of daily living, and follow care plans under RN supervision.

The role requires CNA certification, high school diploma or GED preferred, and a commitment to infection prevention and compassionate care. Pay ranges from $19.50 to $25.50 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

CNA certification required by facility or state regulations.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum age 16 with prior experience in long-term care preferred.
Annual competency testing and continuing education requirements.
May require driving record check and valid driver's license where applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
Assist with activities of daily living, bathing, toileting, grooming, and meals.
Record vital signs and communicate changes to the RN.
Adhere to infection prevention protocols and PPE usage.
Support and assist nursing staff and participate in care planning.
