Job summary
Crook County Medical Services District is seeking a Licensed CNA to support residents in a rural long-term care setting under the direction of an LPN/RN. Roles include assisting with daily living, hygiene, and vital sign checks, with both full-time and part-time options available.
Night and weekend differentials apply with a flexible schedule. We offer medical plans with discounted facility rates, telemedicine, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement with company match, plus PTO and tuition
Qualifications
- Licensed CNA in Wyoming
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Responsibilities
- Provides personal hygiene care and assists with shower and bathing needs.
- Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning/repositioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
- Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; obtaining urine and fecal specimens; recording intake and output information.
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Protects organization's value by keeping patient information confidential.
- All other duties as assigned by the LPN/RN and/or Director of Nursing.
