Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide physical support to assist residents in activities of daily living (e.g., lifting, transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding).
• Observe and document residents' health, behavior, and condition; report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and ensure safety and infection control.
• Communicate with nurses and team; complete required documentation.
• Provide companionship and support to residents; meet in-service requirements.
