Job summary

The Pennant Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Missoula, MT to join our home care team. This role provides personal care, monitors patient condition, and documents care delivered under RN supervision.

The position requires completion of a state-approved CNA training program and current certification, with a focus on empathy, reliability, and teamwork within an interdisciplinary group. A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed state-approved CNA training and competency evaluation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (baths, grooming, hygiene)
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed
• Take and record vitals and basic measurements as directed
• Assist in activities of daily living and mobility support
• Ensure patient safety and clean, orderly living area
• Document observations and report to supervising nurse
• Attend required in-service training and IDG meetings
