Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristband/photo card.
• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate, descriptive entries in charts/flow sheets.
• Assist with transfers, transports, and room changes as needed.
