Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end.
• Provide personal/nursing care per resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities.
• Respond to resident requests with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean, pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist with activities and prepare residents for events.
• Maintain and document daily living activities and records.
