Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Provide personal/nursing care according to care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities for residents.
• Monitor and respond to resident requests with dignity.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and assist with daily living activities.
