Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in resident reports at the start and end of shift.
• Provide personal and nursing care as outlined in the resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities for residents.
• Monitor resident requests with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean, pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities inside and outside the center.
• Document resident care and daily living activities.
• Follow center policies, safety, and infection control standards.
• Participate in training and orientation to maintain certification.

Education
