Job summary

Countryside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Carlisle County, KY, is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate resident care across day and night shifts. The role offers a new wage scale, tuition reimbursement, and daily pay to support staff dedication and growth.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, feeding, mobility, vital signs, and reporting changes to nursing staff, while maintaining dignity and safety for all residents. Current CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program.
• Current state certification as a CNA.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record patient vital signs, assist with lifting, moving, and transporting residents with proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management and ask clarifying questions as needed.
• Communicate effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
