Sena Kean Manor Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Smethport, PA for full-time, part-time, or per diem roles with 8- or 12-hour shifts. Location: Smethport, PA; Schedule options: Day, Evening, Overnight.

You will provide direct resident care, record vital signs, report changes, and maintain documentation, while fostering positive relationships with residents and families. Newly increased wages reflect our commitment to staff.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills and dedication to high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Take and record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other measurements
• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation through forms, reports, and logs
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
