Job summary

Clepper Manor is a 54-bed facility in Sharon, PA, seeking passionate CNAs/STNAs to join the nursing team. We hire CNA-certified individuals for part-time, full-time or PRN roles with 12-hour shifts from 7:00 to 7:00.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing).
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Take and report vital signs and changes in condition.
• Help with mobility, transfers and repositioning.
• Document care and respond to resident needs.
