Spring Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking CNAs to join a compassionate care team. Multiple shifts—full-time, part-time, and per diem—are available for licensed CNAs with active NJ credentials and BLS/CPR certification.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour with Daily Pay and a $3 PIB for full-time employees, plus benefits such as tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with match, and more. This role emphasizes dignity, safety, and high-quality resident care.

Competenze

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Mansioni

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
