Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enhance residents' quality of life through person-centered care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Promptly respond to resident call lights and address needs.
• Prepare residents for therapy sessions, activities, and appointments.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Document and chart care provided for each resident.
