Job summary

The Summit of Citrus Hills in Florida is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to provide physical and psychosocial care to residents, promoting dignity, choice, and individuality. You will report to the shift supervisor and the Wellness Director.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and speak English
• Must maintain CNA certification
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Complete drug testing and background check as required
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and psychosocial care to residents, promoting dignity and individuality
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility)
• Monitor residents and report changes to supervisor
• Document services on company forms
• Maintain infection control procedures and safety rules
• Escort residents and coordinate internal transportation
