Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Florida is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team and provide routine daily nursing care to patients. You will participate in a patient-centered care plan and uphold Life Care standards.

Responsibilities include bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and other direct care activities as directed. CPR certification and active state CNA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Current license/registration in the applicable state with an active license.
• CPR certification must be obtained prior to or during orientation and kept current.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and related tasks.
• Deliver direct care in accordance with Life Care standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team and maintain professional relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Graduate of a State-approved CNA program

Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license in good standing

CPR certification upon hire or during orientation

One year skilled nursing experience preferred
