Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Active CNA license in the applicable state, in good standing.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation, and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with Life Care standards and regulations.
• Deliver direct care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and related activities as directed.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain professional relationships with all associates and vendors.
