Bridgewell is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate support to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities. The role requires MA CNA certification and a high school diploma, with a possible degree substitution based on experience.

The position includes 38 hours per week with specific evening and weekend shifts, encompassing direct care, documentation, and collaboration with the care team to meet individual ISP goals and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Must have a Massachusetts Nursing Assistant Certification active status.
• High school diploma required; CNA certification required; Bachelor's degree can substitute for CNA based on experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living including grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility, and hygiene.
• Monitor residents’ health, vital signs, weight, and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain privacy, dignity, and comfort in service delivery.
• Document progress notes and participate in ISP meetings and planning.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations and maintain required certifications.
• Transport residents to medical or community activities as needed.
