Job summary

Trinity Health Senior Communities in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to support admissions, transfers, and the discharge process, and to assist residents with daily living activities. You will help with hygiene, mobility, range-of-motion exercises, and lifting, while following safety guidelines and recording data as instructed.

Strong communication and professionalism are essential. We offer PTO, tuition reimbursement up to 4,000 annually, mentoring, phone carrier

Qualifications

• Must hold current Nursing Assistant certification in Wisconsin or state-approved nurse aide training.
• Minimum one year healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges for residents.
• Assist with daily living activities per resident preference.
• Help with lifting, turning, and positioning residents safely.
• Perform restorative and rehabilitative tasks as instructed.
• Record data and respond promptly to resident calls.
• Follow safety precautions and wear PPE as required.
