Job summary

Colonial Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is hiring CNAs to join the team. You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily activities, and support the nursing staff in maintaining high standards of care for residents.

The role requires CNA program completion, active state CNA certification, and good standing with the state registry. Teamwork and adherence to Department of Health requirements are essential.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a CNA program.
• Current State Certification as a CNA.
• Good standing with the State Registry.
• Ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care as directed by nursing staff.
• Assist residents with hygiene, bathing and ADLs.
• Pass meal trays, feed residents, and monitor intake.
• Monitor residents and report health changes to the nurse.
• Transport residents within the facility as needed.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment for residents.
