HomeWell Senior Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team in Hammond, IN. You will work one-on-one with seniors in their homes, providing a range of care services while building meaningful relationships and helping them age in place with dignity and respect.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer’s care a plus.
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone.
• Proof of current, negative TB test (as required by the State of Indiana).
• Must be physically able to perform duties, including lifting/pushing/pulling ~25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; proof of insurance.

Aufgaben

• Social companionship.
• Assist with daily living tasks (feeding, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, hygiene, grooming, toileting, light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep).
• Transport to appointments, errands and social outings.
• Standby assistance with transfers.
• Overnight safety assistance.
