Edgeworth Park at New Town, part of Solera Senior Living, is seeking a Caregiver (CNA or PCA) to provide high-quality daily living assistance to residents. Flexible 7:00AM to 3:00PM, 3:00PM to 11:00PM, or 11:00PM to 7:00AM shifts, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments over 12 months.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transferring, mobility, bathing, changing briefs, peri-care, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, and changing bed linens to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and safety.
• Support residents in attending meals, activities, appointments, and other scheduled events, including assisting with walkers, pushing wheelchairs, and monitoring daily schedules.
• Accurately document care provided, complete shift summaries, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure continuity of care.
