Point Lookout Nursing & Rehab in Hollister, MO is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and monitor health while supporting nursing staff.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is current and valid.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with symptoms indicating patient improvement in several conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including meals and mobility.
• Help Residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe Residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake accurately.
• Assist Residents with feeding and provide nutritional supplements when needed.
• Make beds and maintain clean, tidy living areas.
• Transport Residents within the facility as required.
• Assist nurses and other staff to deliver care.
• Adhere to facility policies and professional standards.
• Abide by federal, state, and local requirements and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data.
