POINT LOOKOUT NURSING & REHAB in Hollister, MO is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. The role includes assisting residents with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, and feeding while following care plans and reporting changes to the supervising nurse.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, and mobility.
• Observe residents and report health changes to the supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake and monitor nutrition.
• Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Keep resident living areas clean and tidy and transport residents as needed.
• Support nursing staff and adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data.
