Hartville Care Center in Hartville, Missouri is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. We also offer training opportunities for individuals pursuing CNA licensure.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, hygiene, feeding, and mobility, observe health changes, document intake, and report to the supervising nurse. You’ll work in a supportive environment that values patient privacy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification or willingness to attend classes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to observe and report health changes to the nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities such as meals, mobility, and hygiene.
• Observe Residents and report health changes to the supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake and maintain records.
• Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements as needed.
• Maintain Residents' beds and clean, tidy living areas.
• Adhere to facility policies and maintain confidentiality.
