Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living and helps to promote a safe, comfortable environment that fosters the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of the patient.
• Notifies R.N. and/or L.V.N. of relevant changes in the patient’s condition, including, but not limited to, changes in vital signs, level of consciousness and/or pain, breathing pattern, drainage, amount of bleeding, mood, or increase and decrease in capabilities/limitations.
