Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support licensed nursing staff in delivering comprehensive patient care. The CNA will work under the direction of an RN/Charge RN to provide age-appropriate care and assist with daily activities, hygiene, feeding, mobility, and safety protocols in an acute care setting.

The role emphasizes accurate data collection, vital signs, and timely communication with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of CNA experience in acute care or similar setting.
• Current California CNA certification and BLS.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Under supervision, perform patient care tasks including safety and comfort measures.
• Assist with hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
• Care for patient equipment and monitor vital signs.
• Document intake/output and nursing notes; notify RN of changes.
• Support unit safety programs and post-mortem care as assigned.
