Job summary

Willow Tree Post Acute in Topeka, KS is seeking full-time dedicated CNAs to join our All Star team. We offer 8 hour shifts and a full benefits package to support after-hospital rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care.

As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will provide routine daily nursing care, adhere to care plans, and contribute to a warm, compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff, while maintaining safety and professionalism on the Tallgrass Healthcare Campus.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in Kansas.
• Must have current CPR for Health Care Providers.
• Excellent time management skills and be able to work within deadlines.
• Must maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment
• Always exercise courtesy whenever residents, family members, and visitors are present
• Demonstrate pride in Tallgrass Healthcare Campus by keeping areas clean and safe
• Demonstrate ongoing responsibility and commitment through good attendance and by being on time to work
• Respect the privacy and dignity of residents
