Qualifications

• CNA license required in KS and CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong teamwork and compassionate communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Monitor residents’ health, record vitals, and report changes to Nurse Supervisor.
• Provide meal assistance, hydration, and after-meal care.
• Maintain a warm, calm, caring environment and address concerns or complaints.
• Assist with medical tests, treatments, and rehabilitative procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold resident confidentiality.
• Follow all health, safety, and infection control protocols.
