Job summary

Willow Tree Post Acute in Topeka, KS is seeking full-time CNAs to join our All Star team. We provide 8-hour shifts and a full benefits package as part of a dedicated nursing staff helping residents in post-acute and long-term care settings.

Responsibilities include daily care per care plan, support for a positive atmosphere, and timely, respectful interactions with residents and visitors. CPR-certified CNAs preferred; training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in Kansas.
• Must have CPR for Health Care Providers.
• Must maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities for Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors

• Perform other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management

• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment

• Always exercise courtesy whenever residents, family members, and visitors are present

• Demonstrate pride in Tallgrass Healthcare Campus by keeping areas clean and safe

• Demonstrate ongoing responsibility and commitment through good attendance and by being on time to work

• Respect the privacy and dignity of residents

Job Qualifications for Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

• Previous job experience preferred but not required

• Must be a current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Kansas

• Must have current CPR for Health Care Providers

• Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work within deadlines

• Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times

• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs
