Oak Park Care Center in Missouri is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our caring team. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure quality care.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying full-time staff, shift options (days, afternoons, nights), PTO, 401(k), comprehensive medical plans, and earned wage access.

Qualifications

• CNA candidates must be able to respond quickly in emergencies.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff is essential.
• CNA role requires compassion and attention to personal care tasks.

Responsabilités

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.
• Assists residents with range of motion exercises.
• Provides for personal care and comfort.
• Movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
