Qualifications

• Must hold Missouri CNA certification.
• Commitment to compassionate elder care.
• Ability to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs via signals and bells.
• Assist residents with grooming, hygiene, feeding and mobility.
• Record vital signs, intake/output and report changes.
• Provide direct and indirect resident care as needed.
• Communicate changes to the nursing team promptly.
• Support residents with activities and mobility within the facility.
