Job summary

BCMH Physician Group is seeking two Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) to support nursing staff in a hospital setting. 36 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning hygiene, mobility, documentation, and patient support. This role requires CPR certification and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with basic computer literacy.

• Must pass a state-approved competency evaluation within four months of hire.
• Ability to work under moderate to high stress and communicate clearly.
• Must maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort per caregivers' plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Document patient responses to care within scope of CNA practice.
• Participate in shift reports and care plan updates.
• Assist infection control measures and transport patients as needed.
