Job summary

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood in Tennessee is seeking a full-time CNA/Care Partner for the 2nd shift (3-11 pm), Monday through Friday. This 66-bed skilled nursing facility sits on The Heritage campus and delivers dignity, comfort, and activity for residents.

Compensation is $21 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, holidays, 401(k) or retirement options, and access to DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee CNA certification.
• Prior geriatric nursing home experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As a CNA, provides quality nursing care to senior residents.
• Administers care to residents with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
• Helps residents bathe and maintain proper hygiene.
• Feeds residents and ensures taking their medications.
• Monitors resident vital signs.
