Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry or transferable out-of-state CNA)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility
• Support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes to nursing staff
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities
• Keep resident living areas safe, clean, and comfortable
• Work closely with nursing staff and the broader care team
