You will monitor residents, assist with daily activities, and communicate clearly with the nursing team to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualificações

• Current Illinois CNA certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited CNA program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate care with dignity and respect for residents.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident behavior to the nursing and medical team.
• Assist residents with daily care needs while maintaining comfort and safety.
• Routinely make rounds and provide responsive resident care and services.
• Support resident independence and well-being through patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate communication with nursing staff regarding resident needs.
• Ensure reliable attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and long-term care standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment.
