Northeast Georgia Health System seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect resident care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. The role supports adults and geriatrics, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, and maintaining a safe, clean environment during a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, assisting with mobility, reporting concerns, and teamwork with the care team to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant licensure.
• Basic nursing assistant skills and ability to perform ADL tasks.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Makes care rounds and reports pertinent information; takes vitals and supports feeding.
• Assists in personal care (bathing, grooming) and helps residents with self-care as per care plan.
• Uses proper body mechanics; ensures safety and cleanliness; documents activity as required.
• Supports in washing clothes, running errands, and light housekeeping as needed.
