Job summary

Socorro Wellness & Rehabilitation seeks a compassionate CNA to join our resident care team. We emphasize trust, communication, and a patient-centered culture. You will perform assigned nursing duties, conduct rounds, verify resident identity, and maintain clean, safe care areas.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical CNA training.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Desire to serve the ill, aged and infirm.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or feeding.
• Report missing ID bands immediately.
• Make beds and keep bedside areas clean.
• Ensure pitchers are filled and reachable.
• Assist with additional duties as directed by supervisors.
