Job summary

CODA, Inc. in Beaverton, OR seeks a Certified Medical Assistant for a part-time withdrawal-management role. You will work under RN direction handling vital signs, injections, medications, and patient support in a 24/7 withdrawal management program.

You will document care in the EHR, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure a calm, safe environment while supporting patients in early recovery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CMA credential from an accredited CMA program.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in ambulatory care or urgent care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and document vital signs, ECGs, injections, and fingerstick tests as ordered.
• Monitor patients and report changes to RN; assist with ADLs.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Administer medications under RN/LMP supervision following safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; handle laundry and room turnover.
• Document clinical activities in the EHR system.
• Respond to medical emergencies and activate protocols as needed.
