Job summary

ComfortCare Homes Inc. is seeking an entry-level Certified Medication Aide to support residents in a dementia-care setting in Wichita, KS. You will administer medications, assist with activities, and contribute to a warm, home-like atmosphere.

The role emphasizes patient interaction, timely medication administration, and collaboration with the care team to ensure residents’ comfort and safety. A supportive environment and regular scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a Kansas-certified CMA or CNA in good standing.
• Understanding of long-term care and HomePlus regulations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to Residents in accordance with state regulations and training.
• Dispense and chart all medication activities accurately and promptly.
• Provide direct personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility assistance.
• Assist in meal preparation and home upkeep as part of daily duties.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with care plans.
