• Updates and maintains all EMR and transitional records.
• Cleans, stocks, and prepares exam areas prior to patient appointments.
• Records and reports any changes in patient medical history.
• Checks and records patient vital signs into EMR.
• Performs administrative tasks including photocopying and faxing.
