Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Active CMA certification from an accredited state program required.
• Three plus years of medical office experience required.
• Medical terminology and EMR experience preferred (Quest Care 360, Carelogic, Insync).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist providers with examinations and procedures.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Update EMR and transition records from paper to electronic.
• Prepare exam areas, stock supplies, and manage vaccines per regulations.
• Assist with administrative duties and front desk coordination.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate with staff.
• Maintain credentials and complete required trainings.
