Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Assess and evaluate patient care needs and apply critical thinking.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care.
• Educate patients and caregivers about their plan of care, transition of care, and prevention of disease.
• Participate in rounding, teaching, and care coordination.
• Document nursing practice accurately to support quality initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Perform charge nurse duties as assigned.
• Support quality and safety practices and comply with standards.
