Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct appropriate focused nursing assessments based on each patient’s needs.
• Document all patient care in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Provide professional leadership and support within the clinic.
