Job summary

Wellstar Health System at Columbia County Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time day-shift role. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care as part of the patient care team, delivering compassionate, evidence-based nursing services.

The RN will maintain professional licenses, participate in performance improvement, and support patient-and-family centered care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing; bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN license valid in the state; BLS certification required.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care with the patient care team.
• Deliver and coordinate safe, effective care per policy and procedures.
• Support patient and family centered care and education.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
