Starting pay is $19.00 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, hold a valid Class C license, and obtain CPR/First Aid and Pro-ACT training as soon as practical.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required and must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent driving record and Class C license required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications should be completed as soon as practicable after hire.
• Pro-ACT training completed as soon as practicable after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient transportation in clinic, residential sites, and community.
• Operate vehicles including a bus with a wheelchair lift and Class C vans.
• Maintain safe driving records and conduct weekly vehicle safety inspections.
• Schedule and run errands within patient activity schedules; assist in safe transport of patients and families.
