Job summary

Centre for Neuro Skills in Plano, TX seeks a Class C Driver to provide patient transportation across clinic, residential sites, and community settings. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid Class C license, and an excellent driving record.

Pro-ACT training and CPR/First Aid certification are required after hire. Responsibilities include DOT/TX policy adherence, vehicle maintenance, and coordinating patient transport within the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; must be 18+; valid Class C license; excellent driving record.
• Pro-ACT training and CPR/First Aid certification required as soon as practicable after hire.
• Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Department of Transportation and Texas Department of Public Safety (TX) regulations and CNS policies for Class C Drivers; submit to drug screening; maintain safe driving record.
• Keep company vehicles in safe working condition; conduct weekly vehicle safety inspections; report repairs.
• Transport patients, families, and others; operate wheelchair lift; follow shift schedule and assist with patient activities.
• Supervise staff during transportation to ensure safety.
