Job summary

Caring is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide nurturing support for children and individuals with diverse needs. The role emphasizes safety, activity planning, and developmental growth in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nanny roles.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; ongoing training is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and care for children across ages including infants to elementary school age.
• Plan and implement engaging activities promoting development, early learning, social skills, and behavioral management.
• Ensure safety by adhering to mandated reporting laws and maintaining supervision; perform first aid/CPR when needed.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about child progress and daily activities to build trust.
• Support children with disabilities or special needs with personalized assistance to promote inclusion.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment supporting developmental activities and safety standards.
• Document daily observations and incidents in line with organizational policies.
